Check Out

Please vacate your apartment/room by 09:00 AM on the day of departure.

We recommend settling your bill the day before to ensure a smooth and easy check-out.

We kindly ask you to separate your waste and dispose of it in the appropriate bins located in the garage.

You can leave the key card directly in the apartment – thank you!

Lifts

In Val Gardena there are 175 km of slopes and 98 km of cross-country tracks. Val Gardena and all its lifts belong to “Dolomiti Superski”, the biggest skiing area in the world with more than 450 lifts and more than 1220 km of slopes. On the website of Dolomiti Superski you can display kilometers, Elevations used lifts under “Ski-Performance”.

Some shops can be found in the center of Selva for shopping.

Opening times of shops: 8 am – 12 am, 3 pm – 7 pm

Garage & Key

You have key cards for your stay. When you check out, we kindly ask to leave the key card on the lobby desk or inside the apartment. The key card opens all entrances of the house, including the garage. When you leave, the garage door opens automatically.

Kids & Teenies

The Villa David with its 1,500 m² private garden invites your children to play adventures!

Garbage recycling

In your home there are 4 colored garbage bags.
Please separate according to:

– Glass (Green Bag)
– Doses (gray bag)
– Paper (yellow bag)
– Plastic (blue bag)

You will also find a BIO – bin (food scraps, organic). We kindly ask you to put the waste in the dumpsters in the garage.

Public transportation

Explore the area by bus or train. Ask for the bus tickets before arrival, and we send them to you with your email adress (Qr Code).

Skipass Purchase

In front of the cable car CIAMPINOI

The day tickets can also be purchased at the main lifts. We recommend purchasing the Dolomiti Super ski pass (the alternative is the

We recommend to buy them online and to pick them up a Ciampinoi cable car.

Safe

Your apartment has a safe in the wardrobe. The user manual is sticked on the wardrobe door.

Vacuum cleaner

In the 2nd floor you find a vacuum cleaner, you can use it if you want.

Wellness (open only in winter)

December – March : from 17.00 – 19.00  every day except Saturday

For the use of the wellness area you may like to buy slippers or borrow a bathrobe (surcharge). Please contact the reception.

Finnish Sauna: Temperature: 75 – 100°C, 10 – 30 % humidity

When should you not go to the sauna?

– In acute inflammation of internal organs, in acute asthma
– Epilepsy
– With severe cardiovascular diseases
– Varicose veins, in cancers
– In acute migraine, when tuberculosis
– In hyperthyroidism
– In diseases with fever or cold

Whirlpool: Temperature: 38°C

1.Clean yourself under a hot shower
2. Please don’t take shampoo or bath foam in the whirlpool
3. Please enter always with swimsuit
4. Recommended duration: according to you own well-being

Steam bath: Temperature: 40 – 48°C, almost 100 % humidity

A sweating cure in this bath makes the skin wonderfully soft, purifies and regenerates the respiratory tract. Through the pleasant temperature of about 47 ° Celsius, it is pleasant and less stressfull.
It is 10 to sweat to 20 minutes, then immediately take a shower.

We ask you during your stay to observe the following house rules:

1. We ask you to carefully deal with installations and the generally accessible rooms.
2. We ask you to NOT bring flammable, explosive and odorous materials in the Villa.
3. We have to charge you damaged inventory.
4. Please be quiet after 10 pm.
5. When you are leaving the apartment please close the balcony door and switch off all lights.
6. Please check out at 9 am and bring down the rubbish (please recycle).
7. We ask you only to use slippers in the apartment.
