In Val Gardena there are 175 km of slopes and 98 km of cross-country tracks. Val Gardena and all its lifts belong to “Dolomiti Superski”, the biggest skiing area in the world with more than 450 lifts and more than 1220 km of slopes. On the website of Dolomiti Superski you can display kilometers, Elevations used lifts under “Ski-Performance”.<\/p>\n

\n4. Recommended duration: according to you own well-being<\/p>\n

Steam bath: Temperature: 40 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c 48\u00b0C, almost 100 % humidity<\/strong><\/p>\n

A sweating cure in this bath makes the skin wonderfully soft, purifies and regenerates the respiratory tract. Through the pleasant temperature of about 47 \u00b0 Celsius, it is pleasant and less stressfull.
\nIt is 10 to sweat to 20 minutes, then immediately take a shower.<\/p>\n
